So one day I decided to visit the Good Day Cafe in Karama Centre as there was a lot of hype surrounding this eatery and it was all worth it as per my dining experience.
The idea of opening an affordable eatery in a bustling area such as Karama centre was excellent because there is a large number of visitors on daily basis.
I had visited this restaurant at 10:30 PM which was somehow the closing time of the restaurant as they were bringing down the shutters. Even though it closing time the staff were very welcoming.

The overall ambience of the restaurant was pretty decent as per the modern standards with architectural lighting and artificial green walls. The implementation of higher lighting levels in space created a kind of positive energy which makes one very energetic and also uplifts the visitor’s mood psychologically.
Now moving on to the food, we had ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta and Chicken Fajita Sandwich which were really delicious and juicy.

Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta was served in a beautiful ceramic bowl which complemented pretty well with the dish. The pasta had the right proportion of white sauce and the grilled chicken pieces were mixed very well with the white sauce and this also helped to make the chicken pieces juicy and flavourful. It was garnished with a bit of black pepper and coriander.

Next dish was the Chicken Fajita Sandwich which was filled with caramelized onions, small pieces of chicken, bell peppers and tomatoes. It seemed that the meat was somehow cooked with all the above vegetables as it had a note. An important point to note that this filling was served inside a tortilla wrap. This dish was accompanied with fries and ketchup sauce.
Final Verdict – Overall a topnotch dining experience considering the service, price, food taste and ambience. I would highly recommend everyone to try out this culinary concept. Love the variety of foods they have.
