The idea of bringing innovation into the food and beverage industry is being attempted by many eateries in order to attract a fair number of consumers especially considering Dubai since it’s a tourist hub.

I had recently been to this restaurant during my visit to the Al Seef area because the colourful burgers had caught my attention.

The restaurant is situated in one of the traditional Arabic buildings with both indoor and outdoor seating options. I preferred to seat indoor because of the excessive humidity during the peak summer month of July.

Frankly speaking, the overall ambience of the space is pretty decent considering the interior walls designs, furniture and architectural lighting design. The designer tried to play more with the lighting as one of the walls was designed with cove lighting. But also, the designer tried to keep an open ceiling where the building services systems such as air diffusers, duct works, and luminaries are completely visible.

Now moving on to food, I had chosen to go for buffalo chicken burger meal as I love spicy notes and for drink, I had chosen Peach ice tea which was as usual. The chicken patty was well breaded with herbs, I felt that the burger bread was also freshly prepared. The combination of ranch and Swiss sauce with onion, Lettuce and tomato seem to be very tasteful when taking a bite. I could just say that the burger was perfect.

Drinks refill was unlimited, and the fries were also crispy. I was very satisfied with the overall dining experience as the staff were also very friendly and ready to assist.

I would highly recommend this place to satisfy your craving of having a juicy burger.
